Thursday Night Festival International Schedule Released

Who's ready for Festival International? The Thursday night lineup has just been released, and it's pretty awesome!

April 24th, Thursday night of Festival International de Louisiane get's kicked off at the Scène International (Scène Stabil Drill) stage Celtic band Surôit, followed by Zachary Richard and Sonny Landreth rounding out the night.

Also performing Thursday night at the Scène Fais Do Do (Scène Lafayette General) stage will be Stop the Clock Cowboy Jazz Band, The Debauche Russian Mafia Band, a Ukrainian/Louisianian Gyspy group and Latin group La Santa Cecilia.

Scène International will also host opening ceremonies at 7 p.m. that night. The theme of this year's opening ceremony is "A Salute to Congrés Mondial Acadien."
