For 27 years the Junior League of Lafayette has set the holiday season in South Louisiana in motion with their annual Tinsel & Treasures holiday market. This year will be no different. However, the event will be a lot different when compared to previous versions of the holiday shopping event.

The Junior League of Lafayette announced yesterday that this year T&T will be a virtual event. Yes, this is being done out of an abundance of caution in regard to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Organizers say that shoppers will have two weeks to peruse and purchase items during the marketplace. The shopping window will open on September 13th and close on September 26th. You'll be able to access the marketplace via the Junior League of Lafayette Website.

The Junior League is still soliciting merchants and vendors who would like to be a part of this year's event. You can find out more about featuring your business at the marketplace by contacting a Junior League member or reaching out via the organization's website.
