You may have noticed the stories popping up about Lafayette getting another influx of chain restaurants to the Hub City. While many people are excited about it, Tiffiany Decou (the Lafayette Food Junkie) is worried about what they may mean for our local culinary cuisine.

That was one of many topics on this week's edition of "The Lafayette Food Junkie Show."

Tiffiany also talked about New Year's tradition and how she broke southern tradition by making pozole, a Mexican stew made with hominey.

Tiffiany also had a guest on the show - Melodie Mcmath with Emerge. They discussed how raw healthy eating can help your health.
