Update: For the second time this month, "Sons of Guns" star Will Hayden was arrested for alleged sex crimes against his 12-year-old daughter, except this time it was for alleged child rape.

According to TMZ.com, who says they've obtained arrest documents in the case, the daughter told police that Hayden took her virginity in March of 2013 and raped her almost daily, both orally and vaginally. In the document TMZ says she told police she didn't report the alleged abuses because Hayden threatened her physically.

"Don't tell them nothing, because I'm all you got," was what Hayden allegedly told the girl, according to the victim.

Is this a case of a father molesting his child or a bitter ex-girlfriend looking to get back at the father of their daughter?

That's the question after "Sons of Guns" star gunsmith Will Hayden was arrested by East Baton Rouge Sheriff's deputies over the weekend and booked for child molestation and a crime against nature, according to tmz.com. He has since been released after posting a $150,000.00 bond.

"There was never any impropriety in our home," says Will's older daughter Stephanie. "He was and is a good father."

Will says his ex-girlfriend is accusing him of molesting their younger daughter, who he is raising with his new wife, because she wants to get back at him for ending their relationship.

He says the child has been interviewed by Child Protective Services and has returned to his home. He tells TMZ he's fully cooperating with authorities.

Sheriff Sid Gautreau had no comment in the case.

The Discovery Channel reality show, which is shot in Baton Rouge, recently wrapped up its fifth season.
