Woman Offering Topless Haircuts Arrested, But Only Because She Didn’t Have Cosmetology License

A 46-year-old hair stylist from Loveland, Colorado was arrested last Wednesday after allegedly offering $45 topless haircuts.

Suzette Hall was offering her services on Craiglist, and even sleeping with customers for an additional fee! However, police weren't able to prove any of it.

But they were able to arrest her on a different charge -- practicing without a cosmetology license.

Suzette's friends claim none of it is true and that her ex-husband and former business partner are just trying to get back at her.

History is not with Suzette's side though. In 2008 she was caught practicing without a license and also has nine felony convictions on her record. This time she was charged with practicing cosmetology without a license and writing bad checks.
