Worker Drills Through 11,000 Volt Power Cable [Video]

It's always a good idea to call before you dig and know before you drill. I have often wondered what would happen if I was to drill a hole in my wall to hang a picture or put up a shelf and just by chance hit a power cable.

Here is an example of what could happen. These construction workers in London are working on a project at the House of Lords. That's a government building in England. One of the workers accidentally drills into an 11-thousand volt power cable. Fortunately there were no injuries. I am sure pants and underpants needed to be changed though.
