I'm pretty good at looking for expiration dates on food. And I'm so glad that the Federal Government now requires companies to use them on products. But I'm also not sure that I believe every food that has expired is bad for you. Sorry. The 'best by' date is really just a guide, but don't go too far off the grid with it.
