$50,000 Powerball Winners Sold In Scott And Plaquemine

I knew it wouldn't be too much longer until Louisiana's luck with the multi-state lottery games would kick back in. We've actually gone a few weeks in the state without a big money winner but that all changed with last night's Powerball drawing.

The drawing for February 20th produced two $50,000 winning tickets in Louisiana. One of those tickets was sold in Scott at the Racetrac Gas Station located at 201 Ambassador Caffery Parkway.

The second $50,000 winner was sold in Plaquemine at the C&C Chevron on Eden Street.

The winning numbers for the February 20, 2019 drawing were:

In each case, the winning tickets matched four of the five white ball numbers and the Powerball to make each of those tickets worth $50,000. There was no big winner in last night's Powerball drawing. So the jackpot will be an estimated $304 million when the ping pong balls drop on Saturday night.
