People all across America united yesterday in filing a class-action lawsuit against beer giant Anheuser-Busch for watering down their beer. It was actually a group of people in California, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, but if proved true, I want a slice of the pie. I sure have given that company enough of my hard-earned money!

The lawsuit claims that water is added as the last step before the beer is put into bottles, cans, and kegs. That makes the alcohol content anywhere from 3% to 8% lower than the alcohol content on the label.

Anheuser-Busch's regular beers, like Budweiser and Michelob, claim to have about 5% alcohol-by-volume. Their light beers claim to be about 4%. The firm behind the lawsuit says that those figures are too high according to their independent testing.

Things make sense for me now. I drank a whole case of Bud Lights the other day, and I still could talk on the radio! ;)
