Car Crashes Into Dollar Tree in Broussard

Another vehicle crashed into a store on Friday, this time in Broussard. (The other incident happened on Johnston Street in Lafayette Friday afternoon.)

According to Broussard Police Chief Brannon Decou, a person drove through the entrance of the Dollar Tree on St. Nazaire Road.

Thankfully no one was injured.

The crash happened around 9 pm last night. Decou says the driver missed the brake and hit the accelerator.

The driver was not arrested or cited.
