Death Toll in Louisiana Rises to 13
Thirteen people have lost their lives in Louisiana due to the historic flooding.
The Louisiana Department of Health reports deaths only after the parish coroner confirms it is storm-related. And as of last night, that number was 13.
Five deaths are reported in East Baton Rouge Parish; three in Tangipahoa Parish; two in St. Helena Parish; two in Livingston Parish and one in Rapides Parish.
