So there are these little peppers called the Ghost Pepper & they are in fact THE hottest peppers in the world. Biting into one of these things is like dropping an Atomic Bomb in your mouth!

The Pepper is rated 1,000,000 scoville units. A Jalapeno pepper is rated from 2,500 - 8,000 Scoville units.

I can't even imagine putting this in your mouth.
