Theadvocate.com reports that five people were injured, four of those being sent to the hospital burn unit as a result of a possible explosion at an Exxon refinery planet in Baton Rouge.

According to The Advocate, Baton Rouge Fire Department says that EMS and fire trucks responded to the plant around 4 p.m. after a fire inside the plant was reported. The fire was extinguished by Exxon's internal fire team.

Initial reports say the injuries are considered serious. Victims are being treated for injuries caused by isobutane injuries according to The Advocate.
