We have no shortage of festivals here in Louisiana, and if you're up for a short road trip, head to New Orleans for the 30th annual French Quarter Festival this weekend! 21 stages throughout the French Quarter, with over 1,400 musicians celebrating local music, and representing every genre, from traditional and contemporary jazz to R&B, New Orleans funk, brass bands, folk, gospel, latin, zydeco, classical, cabaret, and international. And of course, food is a huge part of this traditional New Orleans event, with a wide assortment of restaurants and booths set up around the festival area.There truly is something for everyone!
