Gulf Brew 2024 in Downtown Lafayette — What to Know Before You Go

Gulf Brew, Louisiana's oldest craft beer festival, is taking place this Saturday, October 19 in downtown Lafayette and we have everything you need to know before you go.

What is Gulf Brew 2024?

Downtown Lafayette transforms into Gulf Brew with over 200 types of craft beers to sample, live music from local favorites, arts and crafts vendors, a family-fun zone, and VIP experiences -- there's something for everyone.

How do I buy tickets for Gulf Brew 2024?

General admission, VIP & Designated Driver tickets are available at this link. You will also have the option to buy your tickets on the day of the event.

Prices are as follows (plus applicable fees):

• General Admission - $40 | All-you-can-sip of 200+ beers
• VIP Ticket - $100 | Access to VIP lounge & experiences
• Designated Driver Experience - $10 | non-alcoholic beverages from downtown restaurants

So you've got your Gulf Brew tickets...now what?

• Check in at one of the three ticketing/check-in tents:
  • Jefferson St. & E Congress St.
  • Polk St. & E Vermillion St.
  • Jefferson St. & E Vermillion St.
• Bring your ID (all participants must be 21+ and present a valid ID at check-in) and your ticket (confirmation email on your phone or a print-out) to get your hand stamp.
• Study the map to find your live music stages, games alley, and Family Fun Zone.
• Stop by the merch tent for t-shirts, tote bags, hats, stickers, flags, and koozies.
• Meet up in front of AcA at 3:00 pm for the coronation of the King & Queen of the Brew.
• Stop by Legends Downtown for the official afterparty on the patio.

Where is the Family Fun Zone at Gulf Brew 2024?

The Family Fun Zone will be located at Parc Sans Souci and will feature fun activities for the whole family including face painting and tasty treats, presented by Dr. Mary B. Neiheisel.
