
Lafayette Stars & Stripes Returns July 4 — Here’s Everything to Know About the 2026 Celebration
LAFAYETTE, La. - A huge 4th of July celebration is returning to Downtown Lafayette this year, and it's going to be bigger than ever as America celebrates its 250th anniversary.
2026 Lafayette Stars & Stripes, presented by LUS and LFT Fiber, will take place on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at Parc International.

The celebration will feature free family fun, including kids' activities, local pop-up shops, food trucks, and live music.
"Celebrating the 250th anniversary of our nation right here in Lafayette is a testament to our community's enduring spirit," said Lafayette Mayor-President Monique B. Boulet. "It is an opportunity for us to come together, reflect on our shared history, and look forward to the momentum we are building for our future."

- Souled Out — Earth, Wind & Fire Tribute
Designed to celebrate the spirit of America and the strength of our community, Stars & Stripes offers something for all ages while creating a space for residents and visitors alike to gather, connect, and celebrate together.
