The New Orleans Saints picked up their first win of the season in impressive fashion Sunday in the Superdome. Head coach Sean Payton was pretty pleased with his team's performance:

Offensively, quarterback Drew Brees had a solid day as his offensive line gave him time, as he was sacked just once in the game. The time given to him was put to good use as he threw three touchdown passes, including a 79-yard strike to receiver Devery Henderson. Brees details everything it took for the touchdown to happen:

It was also sweet redemption for the Saints defense, a week after getting torched by Green Bay.  Chicago quarterback Jay Cutler was sacked six times Sunday and linebacker Jonathan Casillas said it was a needed boost for his side of the ball:

The Saints improve to 1-1 on the season and will next take on the Houston Texans in the Superdome Sunday at noon. The Texans are 2-0 after a 23-13 win at Miami.
