Honorees Announced for 2021 Elite 97 Nurses Banquet

For the last few weeks, we have been asking you to tell us about your favorite nurse and what makes them so special. This was all for our 2021 Elite 97 Nurses Banquet, brought to you by Service Chevrolet Cadillac.

Once again, we received a ton of entries. Thank you to everyone who took time out to tell us about their special friend, family member, or a complete stranger who goes above and beyond every day to care for others.

Now, due to the pandemic and the fact that our nurses have been worked to exhaustion, we thought it would be a little much to ask for nurses to take three or four hours out of a night to come to an in-person banquet.

So this year we are having a drive-thru Nurses Banquet. All honorees will be invited to simply zip through the parking lot here at the radio station on Tuesday, September 28 and pick up a hot meal, courtesy of the Petroleum Club, along with a ditty bag filled with great prizes. Oh, and we've got a few surprises too.
