A house in the Tremé area of New Orleans collapsed during the severe weather that hit south Louisiana on Monday, January 8.

The New Orleans Fire Department responded to the scene in the 1800 block of St. Philip Street around 3:30 pm. However, the structure had already collapsed by the time they arrived.

The building, which was once a bar room, was reportedly undergoing renovations.

Thankfully, no one was living there at the time and no injuries were reported.
