I suggest you grab a hot dog at The Varsity. No, it's not that good, and it will give you heartburn on another level, but it's an icon of that city.

Which Louisiana Airports Charge the Most for Parking?

If you fly United, you will likely touchdown in Houston's Bush Intercontinental airport. I don't have any food recommendations there. I usually just head for my gate and hope the United gate agent doesn't send me on an odyssey of cancelled flights and boarding passes. And yes, that's happened. Finally, if you fly American Airlines from most Louisiana airports, your first stop will likely be Dallas-Fort Worth Airport.  DFW is a large facility, and if I recall the flights that come in from smaller destinations are usually confined to one terminal which is located in southern Oklahoma, or at least it seems that way judging by how far you have to walk, using a moving walkway, and take a "plane train".
