Louisiana Moms Here’s Where to Get Photos with the Easter Bunny & Kids

The weather has changed, and Spring is in the air. Easter is going to be here before we know it, and moms need to know where they can go to get a photo of their children with the Easter Bunny.

Getting to see the Easter Bunny for many families is a yearly tradition and here in Acadiana, there is no lack of opportunities to find this sweet, loving guy who plans to bring your children a basket full of treats this year.

Whether you plan to dress your children in their Sunday best and bring their baskets, or you are planning for a casual photo with the Easter Bunny, you will find a great location near where you live.

As usual, the Acadiana Mall is ready to go with their Easter decorations and the man himself.

Let's face it. The Easter, Easter egg hunts and the Easter Bunny is the best!

Acadiana's Zoo, Zoosiana has a month-long celebration for Easter at their beautiful zoo in Broussard. You can check out the "Mining for Gems" section, the carousel, and all of the beautiful animals.

There is even an egg-themed scavenger hunt. When the kids the scavenger hunt, they will be treated to an Easter bag full of treats.

As usual, the owners of Zoosiana, will provide your family with a beautifully decorated spot for pictures for easter.

The Jockey Lot in Lafayette will have a very special guest.

Sunday, March 24, the Easter Bunny will be at the Lafayette Jockey Lot in Lafayette so you can take your children for some shopping and to get a snapshot.

The bunny will be available from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Please note the Easter Bunny will take a lunch break for some carrots from 11:45 am. through 12:15 p.m.

Prime Title of Lafayette will be hosting a photo session with the Easter Bunny on Friday, March 22.

While the event is free, you are encouraged to register by visiting the EventBrite page to sign up.

The event will be from 2-4 p.m. and light refreshments will served. Be sure to bring your cell phone. They are located at 1819 West Pinhook Road in suite 100 in Lafayette.

Skate with the Easter Bunny at Skate Nation

For $10 a person, you and your children can skate with the Easter Bunny at Skate Nation on West Congress Street in Lafayette.

The event will be Saturday, March 23 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The event will feature games and more adventures from March 25 through March 29 while the kids are on Easter break according to their Facebook page.

The Chippy Cottage

The Chippy Cottage in Youngsville will be offering an opportunity to purchase a picture with the Easter Bunny this Saturday, March 23 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Health Start's Family Fun Day

There will be Easter activities at Acadiana Park Saturday, March 23 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

At the event, there will be an Easter egg hunt along with face painting.

In addition to the events, free refreshments will be offered. Acadiana Park is located at 1205 East Alexander in Lafayette.

Erath Will Host Easter in the Park

You can take a selfie with the Easter Bunny during the Easter at the Park event in Erath.

In addition to photos with the Easter Bunny, the kids will be treated to games and an Easter egg hunt.
