Your #1 NFL draft pick spent the day leading up to his big night helping Mom out. LSU's Joe Burrow, who went first in the 2020 virtual draft to the Cincinnattin Bengals, helped his mom Robin with the pledge of alligience (virtually, of course) at Eastern Elementary school in Meigs County, Ohio. (see below) She is the principle there, and along with his dad, Jim, watched the festivities at home as their son got to put on his Bengals cap for the first time. And proving that he's just like the rest of us, he was asking fans not to judge him by his quarantine hair in the tweet below!

And FYI - the diamond necklace Burrow was wearing for the draft, which you can see in the picture above, was a gift from Baton Rouge rapper Boosie Badazz.

The NFL 2020 virtual draft continues tonight on ABC and ESPN at 6:00 CST.
