Labor-Inducing Pizza Is A Thing. Here’s How To Make It At Home.
The legend of Skipolini's Prego Pizza was born in 1981 and ever since pregnant women have been flocking to the California pizzeria to get a slice of this labor-inducing creation. But why fly to Cali for prego pizza when you can just make it at home?
According to the Skipolini website, the prego pizza is loaded with fresh vegetables, six types of meat, extra garlic and onions, and weighs in at over 4lbs. There's no rhyme or reason to why the prego pizza works, but it's recommended by doctors, OBGYN's and pregnant women everywhere.
My personal theory is that by eating all of that pizza and delicious toppings you fill your body up to the point where there isn't room for anything but the prego pizza, so your body is forced to make room by pushing that baby out. I mean, I know my body pretty well and there's no way it's not going to try to digest as mush pizza as possible. This tummy will do whatever it takes to make room for pizza, just saying.

Yes, that looks like quite the grocery list, but it's definitely worth it. And, honestly, I'm surprised bacon is not on this pizza, so if I ever need to call on the magical labor powers of the prego pizza I'll probably add some bacon to that bad boy.
