Louisiana Distillery Holding Adult Easter Egg Hunt

Are you tired of watching the little ones run around at Easter egg hunts collecting all the candy and toys with no reward for the big kids?

Well that's about to change! It's time for an adult Easter egg hunt.

Louisiana Spirits Distillery in Lacassine in Jefferson Davis Parish wants the big kids to have some fun.

This Saturday, March 31 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm, the makers of Bayou Rum will give those 21 years of age and older the chance to search the grounds of the distillery for eggs filled with candy and Bayou Rum items.

There will also be golden eggs hidden which gives hunters a chance to win a grand prize.

The entire event runs from 12pm to 3pm. Cocktails will also be available for sale along with lunch from food trucks.

Tickets were free for the event but had to be obtained before the hunt. We're hoping more tickets will open up before the event, but as of now, they're maxed out.
