Louisiana Lottery Reveals Powerball, Lotto Results Wednesday
(Baton Rouge, LA) Wednesday night is a big night for lottery players in Louisiana. The Louisiana Lottery participates in three big drawings on Wednesdays in addition to its daily draw games. Last night, the Louisiana Lottery participated in the multi-state Powerball drawing. The "Lottery" also hosted drawings for Lotto and Easy 5.
In some unfinished business from Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing, our sources at the Louisiana Lottery did reveal the point of purchase for the $30,000 winning ticket from Tuesday night. According to the "Lottery," the big winner was purchased at a Circle K Store on Perkins Road in Baton Rouge. If you played Mega Millions on Tuesday and bought your ticket in Baton Rouge at a Circle K, it might be worth investigating.

How Much Was the Powerball Jackpot For Wednesday, October 22, 2025?
Mega Millions has been stealing most of the headlines as of late because of its now $680 million jackpot. The Powerball prize is about half of that. Last night, the Powerball drawing hit the air with a chance for players to win $321 million.

Here is how the Powerball drawing for October 22, 2025, unfolded.
Our sources at Powerball tell us no tickets sold across the game's footprint matched the numbers needed to claim the $321 million jackpot prize. There was one Match 5 Million winner sold, and that ticket was sold in Delaware.
What Was the Largest Powerball Prize Won in Louisiana on Wednesday Night?
As far as Louisiana Powerball wins are concerned, it was a weak night for winners. The largest single prize earned by a Louisiana-sold ticket was only $200. There were eight tickets that won that amount, and another eight tickets that earned a prize of $100. And that was about it for the "big" wins in Louisiana.
What Were Wednesday's Winning Powerball Numbers?
Here were the numbers that we saw roll out of the hopper in last night's Powerball drawing:
18 37 52 54 60 Powerball 12 Power Play x2
Wednesday's Lotto jackpot was listed at $3.2 million. Personally, I think that is a big jackpot for the Lotto game. Granted, the record jackpot for a Lotto winner in Louisiana is about double that amount. In 2007, a Lotto ticket was sold in Metairie that earned a prize of $6.325 million. In an odd twist of fate, that prize was never claimed.
There was no Lotto jackpot claimed last night either. No tickets matched the numbers needed to win the $3.2 million top prize. There were 18 tickets sold in the state that earned a prize of $1,000. So, technically, we had bigger winners in Lotto than we did in Powerball.
The other Wednesday game in Louisiana is Easy 5. That game entered last night with a jackpot amount of $110,000 up for grabs. Nobody grabbed it, though. There were 18 tickets sold for Easy 5 last night that earned a secondary prize of $100.
Friday's Mega Millions will have an estimated jackpot of $680 million. Easy 5 on Saturday will have a top prize of $120,000. The Lotto jackpot on Saturday night will be $3.2 million, and Powerball will draw for an estimated top prize of $344 million.
