
Louisiana Teens Can Workout Free All Summer at Planet Fitness
LOUISIANA - If you’ve got teenagers at home this summer, there’s a good chance you’re already hearing the words “I’m bored” on repeat. Louisiana teens have a free way to stay active, beat the heat, and even build some healthy habits while school is out.
Participating Planet Fitness locations across the state are offering teens a great opportunity to stay fit and workout free with their High School Summer Pass.
Louisiana Teens Can Use Planet Fitness Free This Summer
Starting June 1 and running through August 31, teens can work out completely free at participating Planet Fitness locations. That includes access to cardio machines, weights, strength equipment, stretching areas, and even free fitness training.
For families across Acadiana, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Shreveport, and other Louisiana communities, this could be a huge summer win. Let’s be honest finding affordable activities for teens isn’t always easy.

Instead of sitting inside scrolling TikTok or gaming all day, teens can actually stay productive and active without parents having to shell out money for a gym membership.
How The Planet Fitness Summer Pass Works
The High School Summer Pass is open to teens ages 14 through 19. Registration is already open online, and gym access officially starts June 1.
Here's what teens need to do to get signed up via planetfitness.com -
1. Pre-Register - Pre-register TODAY and get ready to level up this summer.
2. Download the PF App - Create an account using the same email you registered with, then head to our video library to check out our digital workouts.
3. Get Moving - Use your in-app digital club pass to start working out for FREE at your home club until August 31.

There are a couple important rules parents should know.
Teens under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver.
Participants must use the location where they registered
The program only applies at participating Planet Fitness gym
The free pass lasts through August 31
This year’s program is also partnered with fitness apparel company Gymshark, and teens who sign up will reportedly receive exclusive discounts.
Planet Fitness says the program is designed to support both physical and mental health, and the company says nearly all teens surveyed reported struggling emotionally or mentally in some way. The survey also found that exercise helped teens manage stress, anxiety, and confidence issues.
