Man Flying On A Broomstick [Video]

Conjure up an image of a person flying on a broomstick and instantly your mind wanders to Harry Potter or your mother-in-law. Where did we get the idea that people could fly on broomsticks? It must have happened a long time ago when people believe in strange things like New Coke, the Metric System and world peace.

The video you see here is produced by a man who was contracted to create a flying person for a British TV show. I think he did a pretty good job. I would certainly have to take a second look or at least crash my car if I saw this hovering above me on Johnston Street.
