UPDATE: According to Nola.com,  a New Orleans man who went to the West Bank of Jefferson Parish to sell a motorcycle was found shot to death in Uptown on Monday morning, according to multiple law enforcement sources with knowledge of the case.

Joseph Vindel, 29, was discovered slain in the 2300 block of Coliseum Street in the Garden District before 5:45 a.m., the sources said.

Though Vindel’s body was found in the New Orleans Police Department’s jurisdiction, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office is leading the investigation into his death because authorities strongly suspect that he was killed in Jefferson Parish.

Yesterday at 10 am, Katie Kreuz posted a plea on her Facebook page for help finding her boyfriend. She says in the post that her boyfriend, Joseph Vindel is missing and she is asking for everyone to share her post in hopes to find him.

Kreuz says in her post that Vindel went through Facebook Marketplace Tulane Classifieds to sell his dirt bike. He went to Harvey, LA to sell it to a person and he has been missing since.

Her post says the car missing is a Black Lexus GS460. According to Joseph's Facebook Page, he is from New Orleans.  Please share and pray that he is found safe.
