Remember the big hoopla over the New Orleans Saints "Who Dat" chant during the Super Bowl season two years ago? Well, there's been a settlement, of sorts.

A federal judge has agreed to dismiss the claims that Who Dat? Inc. and the NFL filed against each other. The former, which recorded the famous song in 1983 that used the popular cheer, had accused the NFL of violating the trademark of its phrase.

According to NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy, the settlement calls for the company, the league and the Saints to make co-branded merchandise available to fans.

There is still some unfinished business as Who Dat? Inc. still has claims out against several t-shirt shops over alleged trademark violations.
