Red Robin in Lafayette Set to Open July 11th

Every time I pass by Red Robin on Kaliste Saloom in the Ambassador Town Center, I ask out loud, "when is this magical place gonna open already?"

Looks like my wait is coming to an end real soon as the burger joint will be opening on Monday, July 11th. (Hmm, wonder if they'll let me be the first customer?)

Red Robin is known for their extensive menu of gourmet burgers and chilled-to-perfection brews. But if a burger is not what you're craving, they've got a nice selection of entrees, wraps, sandwiches, salads, soups and more.

Oh and they have one of the best jingles in the business too -- "Red Robin...YUMMMM!!!"
