If you watched the NFL Draft's first round last night you were more than likely watching to see what our beloved New Orleans Saints did with the 15th overall pick. That selection was presented a little differently though as Commissioner Roger Goodell was joined at the podium by St. Jude patient and New Iberia native Markell Gregoire to announce the pick.

What a neat moment it must've been for the 13-year-old as he got to tell the Who Dat Nation that his favorite team was selecting safety Kenny Vaccaro out of the University of Texas.

Markell suffers from osteosarcoma, a type of bone cancer. He is, of course, a patient at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

He was selected by St. Jude as part of their partnership with the NFL that allows one patient to announce a team's pick.
