In a Facebook post on the official St Martin Parish Government page today, the previously imposed mandatory curfew has been extended due to drastic conditions from Hurricane Delta. The statement is below, but you can check out the original here.

"Significant power outages still exist throughout St. Martin Parish. Moreover, many roads remain obstructed with downed trees and related storm debris.
Therefore, after consultation with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office and the Parish’s OEP, the previously imposed curfew has been extended by Parish President Chester Cedars beginning today (Saturday), October 10, 2020, at 7:00 P.M. and ending on Sunday, October 11, 2020, at 7:00 A.M.
The curfew applies only to upper St. Martin Parish and does not apply to certified first responders, utility providers, and essential governmental employees."
