As I have grown older I have found less and less I could depend on in life. One of the sure bets that I have found over the years is this, On New Year's Day I will eat Black Eyed Peas, Rice and Cabbage and there will be a football game to watch on television. George Strait sings " I sure do love those Christmas Cookies" in his holiday classic "Christmas Cookies". My personal favorite involves Oreo's, Cream Cheese and both of my kids to put it all together.
