You Could Get Paid $1,000 to Taste Test Buc-ee’s Products

There is no doubt that the majority of you love some Buc-ee's. And if you don't, you've either never stopped at one or you're just being hateful. (Tongue planted firmly in cheek.)

If you're one of the many who does indeed have a love for the popular convenience store, then have we got a job for you -- become a "Buc-ee's Bud-ee!"

The website FinanceBuzz is on the hunt for one hungry traveler to fill the role. That person would simply have to travel to at least one Buc-ee's and taste-test 25 of their popular foods.

From Beaver Nuggets to their highly-acclaimed brisket sandwiches to jerky, the "Buc-ee's Bud-ee" will sample it all.

FinanceBuzz will use this new field expert's market research to steer their readers in the right direction on their next journey to Buc-ee's.

What kind of money does the gig pay?

If selected as the taste-tester, you will get paid a cool $1,000 for your efforts plus another $250 to cover the costs of the snacks and merch.

What items would I have to try?

Here are just a few of the items that you would be asked to sample:

• Buc-ee's Beaver Nuggets
• Sweet and savory kolaches
• Hippo tacos
• Barbecue sandwiches
• Buc-ee's Lemon Crisps
• Homemade fudge
• Buc-ee's Gummi Bears
• Banana pudding
• Biscuits and gravy

You will actually be given a shopping list (with a little wiggle room for you to improvise) and you will have to document your experience through written product reviews and photographs. Your notes will be used as the basis for an upcoming story on FinanceBuzz.
