Closure For Part Of Highway 182 Starting Thursday

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development continues with creating that bridge in Broussard, so a section of Highway 182 will need to be closed at night for a few days starting later this week to help get the project further along.

This Thursday, July 6 Highway 182 will be closed between Highway 96 and St. Etienne Road. The road will be closed through Saturday, July 8.

The work will start each night at 8 o'clock and will last through six o'clock the following morning.

This is part of the ongoing Geaux South program that is being continued to help widen Highway 90.
