Don’s Specialty Meats Throwing a Party During Scott Mardi Gras Parade on Sunday

On Sunday at 1pm, it's one of the best Mardi Gras parades in the area, the Scott Mardi Gras Parade hosted by the Scott Business Association.

It's great family fun and the kids will no doubt catch tons of beads and other great goodies.

You will have choices to park and stay and play, but we thought we would make it easy for you and let you know that you need to be at Don's Specialty Meats on the Frontage Road because they're throwing a party!

Starting at 10:30am, they'll have a DJ in the parking lot and of course lots of food will be available for purchase. From barbecue hamburgers to boudin on a stick to sausage poboys and more.

Of course, there will lots of other choices from Don's on any of the great area businesses in Scott. Y'all be safe and "Throw Me Somethin' Mister"!
