Once upon a time our lives were filled with important activities like sack races, three legged races and wheelbarrow races. These were the times of our lives known as school field day.

To the kids, it was a day out of the classroom. It was a day to run and play all day long. It was a day to defend the honor of your class in competition on the playground. To the faculty field day meant no lesson plan, no grading homework, no dealing with rambunctious sugared up little nippers in a confined space.

If you're going to be participating in field day at your school take notes, this is how you win the wheelbarrow race.
