The Calcasieu River has already has flooded parts of Allen Parish and numerous homes in Oakdale due to the massive rainfall in Louisiana last week. Unfortunately, officials are expecting flood conditions to worsen, and have issued an evacuation advisory.

The Sabine River isn't the only problem southwest Louisiana residents are facing. The Calcasieu River crested at nearly 20 feet this past Sunday. It's expected to reach 24 feet, which will definitely cause some problems.

Oberlin and Kinder are currently under voluntary evacuations.

The police jury president declared a state of emergency for Allen Parish Sunday evening. So any of those folks that need help, we're certainly going to be able to - hopefully - get the ball rolling for them.
