Public Schools In Evangeline Parish To Close Wednesday

With some bad weather conditions expected Wednesday, Evangeline Parish has decided to close its public schools. That's according to our news partners at KATC, who say Sacred Heart of Ville Platte will also be closed as well.

KATC Chief Meteorologist Rob Perillo says Winter Weather Advisories continue for the northern Acadiana Parishes including St Landry, Evangeline & Allen and into west-central Louisiana.
