Surveillance Footage Shows Flying Debris As ‘Gustnado’ Touches Down On Cameron Street [VIDEO]
One minute everything is fine—and then before you know it, things are flying everywhere.
That's usually how tornados/gustnados work—and thanks to News 15 Meteorologist Scott Pilie we get to see it firsthand. Surveillance footage from today's storm was posted on his official Facebook page and from the vantage point of Cork's Automotive, we see just how quickly things got crazy.
This is especially crazy being that this is only a mile or so from the radio station. It's also another reminder to be safe and always seek shelter when advised during a storm.
Also, it seems like this wasn't a tornado, but something even cooler sounding, according to The National Weather Service.
Does anyone else think that 'Gustnado' sounds like the next straight-to-DVD weather thriller?
