Why Is Target Refrigerating Its Doritos? [Pictures]

Twitter is buzzing right now with people tweeting pictures of Doritos being kept in the refrigerated section at Target. Yep, Target is refrigerating Doritos for us. WHY?????

Why are they doing this? No one really knows at the moment. Maybe it keeps the chips crunchier longer. If you notice though, the Doritos are being kept refrigerated in a pretty strategic place. They're kept by shredded cheese, ground beef and sour cream. Could be marketing to the "Walking Taco" crowd. A Walking Taco is when you open the bag of Doritos, toss in the other ingredients, mix it up and chow down.
