I always thought the school dress code was to keep kids from disrupting the educational process, boy was I wrong!

Obviously this little fellow shares the common bond I share with bacon, he loves it. I think he believes a house without bacon is a house not worthy of living in.

I don't know how many times I have been burned by a kid winner on the radio. You expect an excited reaction and you get...nothing. Al Roker knows this feeling all too well.

A young man put on a banana costume and ran around the football field during halftime of his schools recent game. He received lots of cheers and applause from the crowd, he was also suspended from school. WHAT?!?!

This young man was asked by his father to do the dishes. The young man asked Dad if he could listen to music while he worked, this is the result.

Would you ever do this to your kid? Luke and I find it a bit on the comical side. The last two kids they "pranked" had to be the best reaction.

Do you remember when you were a teenager and the world revolved around you? I do too, it was a short memory because my parents made sure to smack some reality right up-side-my-head and straighten me out. Can you imagine what it would be like to be given a new car for your birthday? Can you imagine being as  ungrateful as this ....well... uh...person?

This is what Dads do when there is no Mom around. We let the kids do crazy things for our own amusement. Actually this video is about teaching children goals and reaching for their dreams and earning the reward for a job well done.

One of the joys of eating popsicles as a kid was having the stick to play with after you were through. I know it sounds mundane and prehistoric but that's what we kids did before there was an internet to play with. The art of using friction and pressure to creat a popsicle stick bomb was highly coveted in my neighborhood.

How does this happen? How can an alleged responsible parent even come close to letting this happen. It appears to me as if the parent has failed the child and perhaps the parent is the one that charges need to be filed against.

When we use what we have been given,what ever that gift may be, to make a positive change for our world that is when life suddenly makes sense. As a parent I never know exactly how my kids might react in certain situations. As my kids have gotten older their reactions have become a lot more predictable, tainted with sarcasm, embarrassment and the rolling of eyes.
