Meachem Tripped By Photographer

There's been a lot of weird ways that athletes have gotten injured over the years, but this is a new one to me.

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Robert Meachem, who had to be carried off the field after a postgame collision with a photographer, should be OK to play in the team's regular-season finale against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Times-Picayune reported Tuesday.

I've always wondered why three seconds after the game ends that all these reporters and photographers have to be all in the face of the players and coaches. Can't they just wait till the interview room?
