Tropical Storm Irma Forms In Eastern Atlantic Ocean
We're not even done with Harvey, and now Tropical Storm Irma has officially formed in the Atlantic ocean.
Currently, Tropical Storm Irma has sustained winds of 50 mph with gusts up to 65 mph. Irma is moving to the west at 13 mph, and it's headed right for warmer waters that will definitely cause it to strengthen. KATC reports Tropical Storm Irma could become a hurricane as early as Friday morning.
Irma could find it's way into the Gulf Of Mexico by the end of next week.
We'll keep a very sharp eye on it.
