Uncle Sam’s Jam Set for July 3rd at Parc International in Lafayette

Independence Day in the Hub City should be a lot of fun this year as the 5th annual Uncle Sam's Jam at Parc International in downtown Lafayette happens on Wednesday, July 3rd.

This family-friendly event will run from 5 pm - 10 pm and it's absolutely free to attend.

Live music will be provided by Chubby Carrier and the Bayou Swamp Band, DG & the Freetown Sound along with DJ RV.

There will also be activities available for kids including face-painting and more. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

At the end of the night, a massive fireworks display will cap off the festivities, provided by Lafayette Roofing.

A portion of the proceeds for this event will benefit United Way of Acadiana.
