Bruce and I had a discussion yesterday on the morning show involving me drinking lemon water every day, and how I believe it is beneficial to the body. Basically, he thought I was full of nonsense, but I proved to him that lemon is the new miracle fruit, and it is good for many reasons.

I recently read an article on WebMd about all of the unhealthy, fattening foods Americans absolutely love. Yes, I also enjoy eating 90% of the foods which were on the list, but I can live without them, especially after reading what they can do to my waistline and thighs. However, some people take their unhealthy, eating habits a little too far. A bacontini... seriously, people?

We are all guilty to trying some dumb diets...and yep, most of them don't work for us! Maybe the diet is on this list of ridiculous diets of the year...I'll give you a little hint (if your diet includes TWINKIES) it's probably not going to work.
